policy qos name <policy-name> shaper traffic-class <traffic-class> bandwidth <limit>

Controls the definition of the bandwidth rate of a QoS traffic class.

This command is at the lowest level of the scheduling hierarchy. It defines how much of the parent profile's bandwidth the traffic class will use.

If you do not configure a traffic-class <traffic-class> bandwidth <limit> command then the traffic class will be able to use up to 100% of the parent profile's bandwidth.
