Installing the vRouter ISO on Hyper-V
This section details how to install Vyatta NOS ISO on Hyper-V.
Follow the procedure in this section to install the vRouter ISO on Hyper-V. Before installing the vRouter ISO on Hyper-V, download the ISO file. Refer to Downloading the Vyatta NOS files for Hyper-V.
Note: If you are installing a 32-bit virtual machine, use the vRouter virtual ISO that is made specifically for this type of virtual machine.
Note: For vRouter running on Hyper-V, refer to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-in/library/cc917873.aspx for information on how to configure a network adapter. The vRouter supports the Synthetic network adapter only. Do not select Emulated network adapter when you configure network adapters for a virtual machine running on the vRouter.
