No VRRP failover on path monitor non-compliance

Take care when you define VRRP group priorities and adjustment weight values.

A second router will only take over as master of the group if its effective priority (base + adjustment) is greater than final weight of the current master. If you don't take this into account then it is possible that no failover will take place when the path monitor combination becomes non-compliant.
