Cause

You tried to configure more than one high priority queue for locally generated control traffic.

You can have a maximum of only one priority-local queue per QoS profile.

You will trigger this error if you try to use a command like this more than once in the same profile:

set policy qos name <policy-name> shaper profile <profile-name> queue <queue-id> priority-local
